BERENGARIA AGROUND

NO DAMAGE SUSTAINED,

(Received 10.30 a.m.) LONDON, April 8,

The Canard liner Berengaria, which yesterday grounded on a mudbank near the Isle of Wight, while going dead slow in a dense fog, was berthed at Southampton today. After careful examination inside and out, it was found that the great vessel had suffered no damage. She will sail for New York on Saturday, as scheduled.
