KEEOSENE USED. RESIDENCE’ SAVED. (Pejr Press Association. —Copyright.) - CHEISTCHUECH, This Day. When members of the. Eire Brigade entered a house in Norfolk Street last evening to which they had been called to quell an outbreak of lire, they found unmistakable evidence that the house, had been deliberately set on lire. The alarm was first given by a boy who’called at . the house 6n an errand. When the firemen arrived they found a fire had started in every room of the house. The beds had been satinated with kerosene, which was also spilled on the floor. In the sittingroom a mat and arm-chair had been soaked and both were burning. The timely arrival of the brigade prevented the destruction of the house. Nobody was at home when the fire occurred.
