RIGID RESTRICTIONS
UNEMPLOYMENT SPECIFIC. (Received 9 a.m.) BERLIN, April 5. A special commission which was appointed to report upon the possibility of reducing the number of unemployed, recommends the • stoppage of long working hours with overtime, a restriction of working hours in certain trades to 40 a week, refusal of commission to officials to earn money outside their occupations, and inducements to married women in official positions to resign.
