DONOVAN GETS DECISION. (Per Presi Association. —Copyright.) NEW PLYMOUTH, This Day. In a boxing contest at Hawera yesterday evening, Tommy Donovan (Waitara), New Zealand featherweight and lightweight champion, defeated Jack Jones (Hawera), ex-champion of Wales, on points. Donovan was too fast and rugged for Jones and wore him down, but Jones boxed well.
