DAIRY OUTPUT
BAY OF ISLANDS FACTORY. The Bay of Islands Dairy Company showed a slight decrease in production for the month of January 193.1, as compared with the figures for January 1930. .The figures were: January 193.1, 102 tons 3cwt Iqr Mbs; January 1930, 106 tons 12ewt 2qrs 18 lbs. The total output for the season to January 31, 1931, was 542 tons 0 ewt 3qrs 271bs, and for the same period last year 518 tons 2cwts 3qrs 22 lbs. WAIMAUKU FACTORY. The following figures give t'-ie output from the Wainnuiku factory to January 3, -1931, as compared with the same period for 1930; —Output for January, 1931, 75 tons; output for January, 1930, 07 tons. Output for season to 31-st January, 1931, 365 tons; output for season to 31st, January, 1930, 336 tons.
