WORK NEARLY FINISHED

NGARUAWAHIA, Wednesday.
It is expected to drive the last rivet in the new railway bridge tomorrow, practically completing the structure well within contract time. The railway staff is busily engaged in laying sleepers, and is already working on the first span. The bridge sihould be ready for opening in three or four weeks.
