The postponement of his projected official visit to Borne liras been announced by Bishop Liston. An itinerary had been arranged, and the Bishop had proposed to leave Auckland on the evening of Easter Sunday, in order to catch the Monowai at Wellington. '
in a circular letter to his clergy, Bishop Liston said flint, owing -to the distressful times through which Hie Dominion was passing, he considered lie should remain with his people in their time of trouble. Accordingly, no approximate date has been fixed for the commencement of his visit to Europe.
