MERITORIOUS SERVICES. (Received 1.33 p.m.) LONDON, May (1. The death has taken place at Lisbon of the Rev. Charles Dobson, a Now Zealander, Chaplain of St. George’s Church. He gained distinction by assisting Greek and other refugees to escape from the Turks, also for services in the great fire at Smyrna.
