VANCOUVER, January 31.
The war between the taxicab companies of Chicago was turned to gangland assassination style when Barney Mitchell, treasurer of the Checker Cab Company, and Glen Jackson, a driver, were found dead from a fusillade poured from a limousine* which passed them at high speed.
