NURSING DIVISION
! ORDER OF ST. JOHN. i ANNUAL REPORT PRESENTED. The annual report of the Y.W.C.A. !»St. John Nursing Division was presented as follows by the secretary of the division, Mrs M. Allan, at the annual meeting of the Whangarei (branch last evening;
i ‘‘The Nursing Division has met fortnightly for practice and lectures (from March till November. Early in the year Dr. 6. Walker resigned from our division, and his place has been taken by Dr. Costello, who has proved a very efficient lecturer and takes a keen interest in the work. ‘ ‘ Members of the division have been on duty at the various sports gatherings, where quite a number of first-aid cases have been dealt with. “Unfortunately, some of our memj bers have not been able to attend practices regularly this year, but we hope that all members wall return with renewed interest when we resume practice early in March, 1930. “We will be pleased to welcome any new members to the division. The work is interesting- and a help to our f eHow-men.' ;
