The .'receipts for the year totalled £4l7sand the expenditure £1846, leaving a-.siirpjus of receipts over expenditure of £2326. This amount has been added, to the capital fund, which now stands at £24,1,03. ‘ The inflation of the receipts for the year was due to bequests' totalling £IBO4. The 'Sunday penny collection of £llOO exceeded the previous year’s collection by £l4B, and was the highest recorded since the establishment of the 'board. The total amount collected by the■ Sunday penny collection has /cached £12,712.
