A SWAGGER’S DEATH

MOTORIST COMMITTED FOR TRIAL. (Per Press Association. —uopyrigbt.l HAMILTON, Thursday. As the result of the death of a swagger, Oscar Larsen, 57, Noel D Robertson, a service car driver, was today committed to the Supreme Court for trial on a charge of negligent driving, causing death. At the inquest on Thursday, the Coroner considered that Larson's death was attributable to the failure of Robertson to keep a proper lookout.
