COURT IMPOSES FINES (Per Press Association.—Copyright.) GREYMOUTH, This Day. Willi'am Wallworth, manager of the Co-operative Jubilee Mine at Rapahoe, was fined 1 £.l on each *of two charges of Jailing by notice to specify the manner in which timber supports were set, and failing to take samples of dust mixture. Inspector Strongman said that the offence had been continuous for nine months. Most small mines were avoiding taking dust samples.
