COMPLETE STOPPAGE FEARED

A complete stoppage in the Bengal jute mills is threatened, due to Communist agitators, whose influence has thrown idle 120,000 rndn. Nine more mills stopped today. Forty per cent of the looms in the industry are idle.
The weavers declare that they are satisfied with the conditions, but declare that they were threatened with molestation if thev went to’ work.
