KAITAIA FATALITY
KIRBY ACQUITTED. (Special to “Northern Advocate.’’) AUCKLAND, This Day. A commercial traveller, James Kirby, of Mt, Albert, was acquitted in the Supreme Court yesterday on a charge of negligently driving a motor car near Kaitaia., on June 6, and causing the death of Aline Regina Wood, aged two years. The car collided with one driven by F. W. Packard, thrusting it over a bank, as the result of Which' ■the child, who was in the back' seat with her mother, sustained fatal injuries. '
