KIRBY ACQUITTED. (Special to “Northern Advocate.’’) AUCKLAND, This Day. A commercial traveller, James Kirby, of Mt, Albert, was acquitted in the Supreme Court yesterday on a charge of negligently driving a motor car near Kaitaia., on June 6, and causing the death of Aline Regina Wood, aged two years.
