| ANNUAL REPORT. i RECORD OUTPUT. Tlio following- report will be submitted to the annual'.-meeting of shareholders of the Mamigatiipere Co-operative Dairy Co., Ltd., .on July 10: —
“In presenting; this, the twentyseeoud anmuil .report and balance sheet for the year ended April 00, 1020. the directors are pleased to report that the output of butter manufactured exceeded 015 tons —the largest amount that this factory has ever produced in any one year. The butter manufactured shows an average grade of 02.0.10.
“Directors. —Under the Articles of Association, Messrs J. Breslin and V. J. Smith retire by rotation who, being eligible, offer themselves for re-election. “Manager, —Mr R. R. Pringle has been appointed factory manager for the coming season. “Dividend.—The directors propose payment of a dividend at the rale of Sj \>er cent, on the share capital.” ANNUAL SUMMARY.
