WHANGAREI ENGINEERING CO. 307 PUBLIC NOTICES ZEALAND MEAT PRODUCERS’ BOARD, ELECTION OP PRODUCERS’ REPRESENTATIVES, It is hereby notified that under the provisions of the Regulations an election will be held for the purposes of Electing Three Producers’ Representatives on the New Zealand Moat Producers’ Board in accordance with the following procedure: — An Electoral Committee of Twentyfive Delegates shall meet in Wellington on the 29th August, 1929, to consider the Board’s Annual Report and Balance Sheet and- to Elect the Three Producers Representatives on the Board, For the purpose of the election of the said Twenty-five Delegates the Board has divided New Zealand into, Ten Electoral Districts and Two Delegates are to be elected for the Auckland Electoral District (being the Auckland Sheep District). NOMINATION OF DELEGATES TO THE ELECTORAL COMMITTEE. No candidate for election to the Board shall be eligible for nomination as a delegate to the Electoral Committee. No person, shall be eligible for election as a delegate unless he has been nominated by a sheepfarmer owning not less than ene hundred sheep, and his' 1 nomination has been secondby another such sheepfarmer, ami he has accepted nomination in writing. No person .may accept nomination as a Delegate for more than one Electoral District. The form of nomination is obtainable upon application to the undersigned, by whom nominations will be received at the Board’s office up to NOON ON THE 25th JUNE, 1929. The list of persons entitled to vote for Delegates to the Electoral Committee (in such Electoral, districts where an election may be necessary) has been prepared by the Board, and is based on the Official' Return of Sheepowners’ as at the 30th April 1923, after deleting persons, companies, or other corporations owning Jess Ilian 100 sheep. Ballot papers will be posted to electors in due course. NOMINATION OF PRODUCERS’ REPRESENTATIVES ON THE BOARD, No person shall be eligible for election as a Producers’ Representative unless ho has been nominated by a sheepfarmer as aforesaid and his nomination in writing. The form of nomination has been seconded by another such sheepfanner and he has accepted nomination is obtainable upon application to the undersigned, by whom nominations will be received at the Board’s Office up to NOON' ON THE 18th JUNE, 1929.
