SMALLPOX OUTBREAK
LATEST DECREE IN FRANCE. OBSERVATION ORDERED. (Australian Press Association.) (Received 1.45 p.m.) LONDON, April 21. The latest smallpox decision in France is that, until further notice, all passengers not producing certificates of vaccination within the last five years, will be handed a sanitary passport, meaning that they must be under observation, and report to the medical authorities in whatever town they are visiting during a fornight.
