Described as . “ something of a misfit” by his -counsel, John William Osborne, 17, was Sentenced by Mr Justice Blair to three years’ Borstal treatment for breaking, entering and theft. Osborne was the youth who ab mended from custody, committed, another series of crimes, and was ultimately found by the police sleeping in a cupboard in a house at Epsomi Mr Justice Blair made -a recommendation that Osborne be returned to England if suitable arrangements can be made with his relatives, his Honour statihg that prisoner was not a suitable immigrant.
