Shareholders of the Barnet Glass Rubber Company, Ltd., unanimously approved of the terms, offered by the Dunlop Rubber Company for the purchase of the whole of Barnet Glass ordinary shares at 32s each, aggregating- £BBO,OOO.
The \ "lew has been expressed that a further amalgamation is likely to be announced shortly, thereby stabilising the rubber manufacturing trade in Australia.
