AVATION COMPANIES MERGE
BIG CORPORATION FORMED.

The largest consolidation yet undertaken in American aviation industry, resulting in the formation of a corporation with securities having a market value of 150,000,000 dollars has been arranged under the auspices of the National City Company and the Pacific National Bank of Seattle. Officials of the National City Bank, General Motors, the Ford Motor Company and the Standard Oil Company will be included on the board of directors.
The new concern, which will merge the Pratt Whitney .Aircraft Corporation, being an airplane and transport corporation, and the Chance Bought Corporation, is to be known as the United Aircraft and Transport.
