(Australian Press Association.) (Received 10 a.m.) PARIS, December in. The Chamber of Deputies passed th? Budget by 460 votes to 120, thus denoting that it was not considered a, party measure. The Deputies, by 202 votes, to 2n4, voted an increase of their own salaries from £360 to S4BO per year, compared with Britain £4OO, German*.'. £360, Italy £l6O and Belgium £OO.
