The 'Earl an/l Countess of Liverpool are on board the Betmucra .and are duo to reach Wellington about December 80. They will be the guests of the Governor-General and Lady Alice Fergusson for a week or so and then go to the 'South Island. Afterwards, Kotor ua and other parts of the North will be visited. ■s
The Rev. E. H. Kedgley and Mrs Kedgley, of Otorohanga, the parents of the victim of the shooting accident which took place at the Bank of New South Wales on Friday last, arrived in Wihangarci on Saturday afternoon, They had the comforting experience of being able to converse with their son before he passed away.
