WOOL SALES
SYDNEY SERIES,
(Australian Press Association.) (Received 8.20 a.m.) SYDNEY, November 28. At the wool sales 11,194 bales were sold. 'Competition was good for lines showing fine quality. The demand for broader descriptions was somewhat irregular, prices for them being 5 per cent, lower than last week. Greasy merino made 82£d.

At tho wool sales today 9700 bales wore offered, of which 5684 were Australian and 3121 New' Zealand. There was an excellent selection of greasy and scoured merinos, principally Continental style, and a large offering of slipes, but few' crossbreds. Keen competition ruled for all sorts and the market remained firm.
