HUSBAND'S DEATH ENSUES,

(Australian Press Association.) (Received 8,48 a.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. Henry Brock, aged 56 years, husband of the woman murdered at Hurstone Park on November 3, has succumbed to his injuries. It was thought that he would recover. The motive for the crime is a mystery.

The following account was cabled on the 3rd inst: —“Another sensation was reported today. The police called at a house; at Huratone Park and found Mrs Lucy Brock, 55 years of age, dead with her throat cut. Her husband, Henry Brock, had a gash in his throat and was taker, to hospital. It is believed that he may recover. One statement says that Brock told a neighbouring woman who answered a call for he!}) that a man jumped in through a window and cut both their throats. Another statement is that Brock’s throat was not cut when he attracted the neighbour’s notice.”
