A WRINKLE ABOUT WRINKLES. A treatment with honey and egg paste will make wrinkles seem less noticeable. Whip half the white of an egg to a stiff froth and fold in an equal part of pure honey, with a kniife. Drop in slowly the finest possible oatmeal till the mixture is creamy. Apply this paste with a camel hair brush and leave it on for fifteen minutes, occasionally moistening it with warm water. Remove with a soft cloth steeped in warm water, afterwards treating the skin with a slight astringent; , one part leprion juice and two parts rosewater.
A TRAVELLING TRUNK TIP. It is not only on furniture and doors that domes of silence are a boon and a blessing. Affixed at the ends of the wooden ribs which are fastened across the bases of travelling trunks, they save floor coverings from the rough treatment tjiey are wont to suffer at holiday time. Your porter will be grateful, too, for trunks thus equipped will slide most obligingly along the crowded platform.
