KINROSS AT CATO ISLAND. (Per Press Association.—Copyright.) WELLINGTON, This Day. The Secretary of the Government Post Office has received .’radio signals, intercepted at .11,30 p.m. on October 7, which indicate that the steamer Kinross is ashore on Cato Island reef, though no leakage was discernible. She was endeavouring to get off at daylight. The weather was fine.
