BUTTER OUTPUT
WAIPU DAIRY COMPANY,
For the month of .Tune, 1028, the output of butter by the Waipu Dairy Company’s factory was (5 tons fi cw + . 8 qrs. 13 lbs,, compared with 4 tons 11 cwt. 1 qr. 8 lbs. for the same month last year. For the season up to Juno 30 the total output was 246 tons 7 cwt. 1 qr. 12 lbs. This is 20 tons less than last year’s result, when the total output amounted to 266 tons 15 cwt. 1 qr. 24 lbs.
