AFFECTING MEETING KINSHIP (ACKNOWLEDGED. (Received 10.45 a.m.) LONDON, February 9.: The Berlin correspondent of the ‘‘Daily Mail” reports that Grand Duke Andrew Vladimirovitch, first cousin of the Czar, had an affecting meeting in Paris with the so-called Grand Duchess while she was cn route to America, and authorised Dske Leuchtenberg to say that he acknowledges her as the Czar’s youngest daughter. She is still unable to tell, a connected story, and does not rememr ber even recent events. It is pointed out that if the Romanoffs can prove in the tew courts Anastasia’s relationship to the Czar, they can claim for her large sums- which the Czar placed in foreign banks.—A. and N.Z. • ■: ~
