PINAL PAYMENTS ON POOL
WELLINGTON, This Day.
A final payment of 3d a pound will be distributed today on all whey butter shipped in the 1926-27 season’s pool.
This will bring the total payments for the season 1926-27 to the following figures:— First Grade 1/2 7-16 d Second Grade .... 1/1 7-16 d
Both those figures are at per pound f.0.b., equivalent to approximately 150/ for first grade per cwt. on the London market and 140/ for second grade.
For the creamery butter and cheese pools, the -final account sales are not yet to hand, but it is expected that the final payments will be made at about the end of the present month. —Press Assn.
