FOUL PLAY EXCLUDED. CHRISTCHURCH, This Day. It has been established to the satisfaction of the jjolice that Charles James Mahan, of 6 Nile Street, Timafu, whose body was found in the Lyttelton Harbour on Saturday, was not a victim of foul play. Mahan's body was found floating in the harbour and wounds in the head raised a suspicion that Mahan had been injured before his body reached f the water. —Press Assn.
