ARGENTINE LAUNCHES ATTACK.

The Argentine delegation launched an attack against intervention in the affairs of the Pan-American nations. This is considered to be in reference to Nicaragua and may frustrate efforts to codify the Pan-American international law, since it is believed that the United States will not permit expression against the intervention in the proposed code*
