DUCE'S GRATITUDE

"MINISTER” FOB CHICAGO.

(Received 9 a.m.)

NEW YORK, February 4,

Considerable amusement was afforded upon the arrival of the Italian Consul-General, Signor Zuinini, at Chicago, with credentials showing that he had been appointed ‘ ‘ Minister ’ ’ to Chicago. He said that Signor Mussolini had been very much affected by a heavily jewelled gold wreath sent to him by Italian Americans of the Middle West, and the Mlinistership was tangible evidence of Signor Mussolini's goodwill towards Chicago.—A. and N.Z.
