SMOKING IN TRAMCARS. From time to time there have been complaints from lady passengers about smoking in tramears, but the other day we observed a nose tilted with keen pleasure as some blue smoke was wafted by on the breeze. The phenomenon was so unusual that on inquiries being sot afoot it was discovered that the gentleman outside was enjoying a cool, satisfying smoke of Bears’ Smoking Tobacco Mild, ana incidentally its fragrance was giving pleasure to his follow passengers.
