MURDER INDICTMENT.

OF PROBATIONER MINISTER,

Ronald Griggs, charged with the murder of his wife, whose body was exhumed in consequence of suspicious circumstances, was not an ordained minister, but a probationer with two years ’ service. He was suspended by the Methodist Conference immediately the police commenced investigations.

The case has created an immense sensation in the Omeo district, vfierc for some time past Griggs’ domestic affairs had been the subject of much discussion,—-A. and N.Z.
