BIG SUCCESS ANTICIPATED. . In an interview with the president of the Auckland A. and P. Association, hr W. AV. Massey, just before leaving for the. South to attend the Royal Show, he stated: “Our forthcoming Spring Show promises to eclipse all previous fixtures both in entries and in support from the general public. A new spirit of enthusiasm prevails and my committee are detenfiined to make our show second only to the Royal Show,
“At itliis stage our entries are
greater than an any previous occasion, due no doubt to our efforts to eliminate the bugbear of late entries. We confidently look forward to a record Show.
“My Association is offering North Island Championships in all sections of the cattle, sheep and pigs except in Friesian and Ayrshire and xfomney sheep. In addition to the usual ribbon
and certificate we are giving very handsome cask prizes to the winners of the North Island Championships.’’ Entries for the Auckland Spring Show close with the Secretary tonight, and intending exhibitors are reminded to make their entries with the local show secretary or direct with the Secretary of the Auckland Show.
