PROFITEERS NONPLUSSED. POPULAR MEAT MARKET. (Received 1 p.m.) ROME, April 5. Another Mussolini surprise has been sprung, affecting meat profiteers in Rome. The Governor, Prince Spadago Fcvziani, himself a cattle breeder, concluded that middlemen were inflating prices, Avhereupon he created a market to which farmers could deliver carcases and in which the public could buy joints 25 per cent cheaper than formerly.
