DECISION RESERVED. GISBORNE, This Day. A claim for damage totalling £2615 was brought by John McKay, a victim of the mishap on the steamer Kamo against the Union Steamship Company., After hearing lengthy evidence dealing with the mishap and methods of stowing cargo at different ports, deision was reserved, —Press Assn.
