1 GOVERNMENT NOMINEES. WELLINGTON, This Day. The appointment of four Government nominees on the Council of the University of Now Zealand in process of reconstruction in terms of last session ’s amending Act is announced by the Minister of Education. The nominees, whose names follow, will hold office for a term of three years: — Thomas Reid Fleming, M.A., LL.B., Josiah Alfred Hanan, M.L.C., Thomas Hugh Mackey and William Barr Montgomery, C.B.E. —Press Assn.
