SECOND TO NONE. AUCKLAND, This Day. Major B. I. Dansey, who commanded the Maori Battalion in the Great War, returned by the Marazna today. He says that in the firing line the Maoris were equal to any other fighters. When he was given their ' command they would have followed him to even hotter places than they did. — Press Assn.
