FAR NORTH TESTS. WELLINGTON, This Day. Tho Government steamer Tutanekai is making tests in Wellington' of its equipment for use with wireless direction finding beacons, and will leave in a few days for Cape Maria Van Diemen to . underbake tests with the wifeless beacon 'fitted at that point. If these tests are satisfactory, the beacon will immediately come into use for ships fitted with the necessary apparatus.—Press Assn.
