SOLD FOR A SONG
THE WRECKED MANAIA. (Special to “Northern Advocate.’') AUCKLAND, This Day. It is reported from Tairua that the wrecked steamship Mantua has been purchased by Messrs. Oory-Wright Bros, for £lO5, and that a number of men are engaged in taking out tile fittings, steam steering gear, winches, etc. The gear thus salvaged will be taken to Tairua by punt.
