Dubois, chairman of the commit-J tee, pointed out that Mr Smith’s do-j parture from Hungary did not mean ■ the end of League control with res-| pect to the balance of the reeon- i struetion loan amounting to eighty- j three million gold crowns, and revc- J nues assigned to the service loan, buij will mean the abolition of control of the budget.
