FINE OR IMPRISONMENT. AUCKLAND, This Day. At the Police Court, Oharles William Bruce was fined £lO, or 14 days’ imprisonment, for taking money from a person to put on the tote at a race meeting, accused not being an authorised agent. It was alleged that the accused gave a woman at Tauranga a dud ticket.—Press Assn.
