Also a Waterworks Loan Interest Rate of 2 13/16d in the £, which will not be collected for the current year. Also a Water Supply Rate of id in the £. Consumers minimum 10/-, non-consumers 5/-. Also a Uniform Sanitation Fee of £2 per annum in respect of every dwelling-house, shop, or factory, or other occupied building within the Town District, under the provisions ■and Regulations of the Public Health Act and the Municipal Corporations Act.
