The combination of office-and apartment buildings, 80 storeys high, linked by elevated traffic causeways and landing bases for aeroplanes, is the aim 'of the new Corporation to solve the traffic problem. It' is proposed to spend an initial 50,000,000 dollars on grand central skyscrapers linked oyer the streets.
