Pork production i.s essentially a pari of hog performs an important function in saving the waste of grain fields, orchards, vineyards, and gardens. They utilise tlie offal of packing plants, the kitchen waste, and the by-products of the milk room. In return, fresh and cured products are provided for the home and for commercial trade.
