, THE SANDERS CUP. FOURTH RACE THIS AFTERNOON. DUNEDIN, This Day. Owing to rain and calm the fourth race for the Sanders Cup was postponed till two o’clock this afternooon. Only Betty and Avalon will start, the former having won twice and the latter once.—Press Assn.
• THE CORNWELL CUP. CANTERBURY TO THE FORE. DUNEDIN,, This Day. The third race for the Cornwell , Cup was sailed yesterday afternoon I and was won easily by Canterbury, with Otago second. Wellington retired in the last round, when 16 minutes behind Canterbury. Canterbury has now won two races and Auckland one. The fourth race takes place this afternoon.—Press Assn.
