GREEK DILATORINESS
BULGARIA BECOMING ANXIOUS. >. - (Received 10.40 a.m.) LONDON, February 15. A iSofia correspondent states that a painful impression exists owing 'to Greece’s delay in paying the indemnity ordered by the League of Nations in connection with the frontier incident in October last. The Government so far has not received notification of Greece’s intention to pay. It is recognised that Greece is entitled to withhold payment till the last possible moment. The Government intends immediately to protest to the League, failing payment by the evening of February 15. —“Times,”
