FIRE AT AUCKLAND
A RESIDENCE DAMAGED. . AUCKLAND, This Day. A fire at the residence of R. E. Wil kins, Mount Eden, resulted in the back part being gutted, and other rooms damaged by smoke and water. The house was insured' for £IOOO in the South British Insurance Office. The furniture had been insured for €SOO in the Standard Office, but the policy had lapsed.—Press Assn. .
